Summary:

Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content design. Identify the modeling and all risk management including compliance with all federal and state laws for accessibility for all users. Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluation. Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations. Make decisions requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements. Conduct due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary, and provide in-depth research on relevant industry trends. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to UX/UI teams with website transformation and content strategy for corporate investment and commercial banking
• Redesign and transform 140-page website into a more user-friendly product which can be leveraged to attract new business
• Draw on past research to ensure that content is human centered and that interactions are intuitive
• Work across business lines to understand specific needs of business and how it can be translated into a finished product
• Meet with stakeholders to present strategy and progress

Qualifications:

• Previous UX/UI experience.
• Knowledge of content strategy.
• Experience with website transformations.
• Experience using Figma.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Knowledge or commercial and/or investment banking. (Preferred)
